Yummy healthy low-fat baked Donuts

21/4 ounces yeast

3 pounds flour (sifted) (12 cups)

4 cups warm water

4 Tbsp sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp salt

2 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup orange juice

Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water until it bubbles well. Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add rest of ingredients. You can mix by hand for 10 to 12 minutes or kneed on medium speed for 5 minutes.

Set aside and let rise in warm temperature for 1/2 hour to an hour.

Form oblong balls for donuts, let rise for 15 minutes.

Smear oil on a baking sheet. Place donuts on the baking sheet, smear oil on top of the donuts.

Bake on 375 degrees (175 Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. The color will be light, the same color as donuts. Don’t over bake.

Fill donuts with anything you like. Cover with powdered sugar or 85% chocolate.

Use a donut (pastry) filling injector to insert the filling. You can fill some in from the side and some from the top for a flavor filled donuts.
